A NEW FORM OF ART

The last years have seen how the technology advances and with this, everything around us. Also we have seen how it has merged technology with art, completely changing the traditionals forms of do it and see it.

From this point, digital art is born, a combination of plastic arts with digital elements, like apps that ease the development and projection. Exist diferents types of digital art, but this text talk only about the digital illustration that focus more on drawing, painting and designing through electronic devices that are usually tablets made specially to do this type of thing

The digital illustration is make artistic images by means of technology tools, in this way the artists simulate traditionals techniques in a digital environment, a good illustration a good illustration don't just is a drawing well done, always it has a function, such as, tell a story, express a feeling, sold a product or show an idea 

This new type of art has its origin in the late eighties, when pixels and vectors were introduced in the printing points, in addition to the creation of programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and PageMaker and Apple's welcome to these programs was the momentum for the spread of digital illustration, since then, it has grown thanks to the internet

From the last years, social networks have become a meeting point and portfolio for artists and their different styles, social networks such as Instagram and recently tiktok, where artists use their accounts to show, teach or sale digital illustrations made by them themselves.

and although this form of illustrate, some people do not give it the same value as the form traditional since they think that digital illustration is not art because it's not made by hands with paper and pencil. The digital illustration has had a great reception thanks to the social networks that been mentioned above y this teaches that despite the technology tools the work is very efficient and precise. The traditional illustration and the digital illustration have same importance because their effort, dedication and creative are the same.

In Uniandina we want to teach and show the English how a new type of life where all effort, dedication and compromise can to do a different in the future.

UNA NUEVA FORMA DE ARTE

Los últimos años hemos visto como la tecnología avanza y con esto todo a nuestro alrededor.  También hemos visto como se ha fusionado la tecnología con el arte, cambiando por completo las maneras tradicionales de hacerlo y verlo.

A partir de esto, nace el arte digital, una combinación de las artes plásticas con elementos digitales, como aplicaciones que les facilita la elaboración y proyección. Existen diferentes tipos de arte digital, pero este texto hablara solamente de la Ilustración digital que se trata más que todo de dibujar, pintar y diseñar mediante aparatos electrónicos como computadores o tabletas con apps elaboradas especialmente para realizar este tipo de cosas.

La ilustración digital es la realización de imágenes artísticas por medio de herramientas tecnológicas, de esta manera simulan técnicas tradicionales en un ambiente digital, una buena ilustración no solo es un dibujo bien estructurado, siempre tiene una función, como contar una historia, expresar un sentimiento, vender un producto o mostrar una idea.

Este nuevo tipo de arte surge a finales de los ochentas cuando se introduce los pixeles y vectores en puntos de impresión, además la creación de programas como adobe ilustrador, Photoshop y PageMaker y la acogida de estos por parte Apple fue lo que detono la propagación de la ilustración digital, desde entonces, ha crecido exponencialmente gracias al internet.

Desde los últimos años las redes sociales se han vuelto un punto de encuentro y portafolio para los artistas y sus diferentes estilos, como lo es Instagram y recientemente tik tok donde los artistas utilizan sus cuentas para mostrar, enseñar y vender sus ilustraciones realizadas de manera digital.

Y a pesar de que a esta forma de ilustrar no se le da el mismo valor que la tradicional ya que  muchas personas afirman que no es arte porque no se realiza a pulso con papel y lápiz, ha tenido una gran acogida gracias a las redes sociales que se han mencionado anteriormente, dando a entender que a pesar de sus herramientas tecnologías su trabajo es muy preciso y eficiente  y cuenta con el mismo valor que la ilustración tradicional pues el esfuerzo , la dedicación y la creatividad siguen siendo las misma.

En Uniandina queremos enseñar y mostrar al inglés como un nuevo tipo de vida donde todo esfuerzo, dedicación y compromiso puede hacer un futuro diferente.
